What is SAARTHI?
SAARTHI is software for running a nutrition or wellness club day to day: member check-ins, counter billing, dues (udhaar), stock with expiry dates, follow-ups, staff access and day closing, all in one place.
Is SAARTHI made for independent distributors who run a nutrition club?
Yes. SAARTHI is built for nutrition and wellness clubs run by independent distributors and wellness coaches, and it works for clubs of any product line. It is independent software and is not made by, or connected to, any product company.
Who is it for?
Club owners, wellness coaches who look after their own customers, and people who run more than one club. It suits small clubs and busy clubs with staff alike.
Do I need a computer?
No. SAARTHI works in the browser of your mobile phone, and on a computer or laptop if you have one. There is nothing to install.
Which languages does it support?
The SAARTHI app is in Gujarati and English today. This website, our demos and our support are in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Is my club’s data private?
Yes. Each club’s data is kept separate from every other club’s, and inside your club each staff member sees only what their role allows. You sign in with your mobile number.
Can my staff use it with limited access?
Yes. Every staff member gets their own login, and you decide what each role can see and do, for example reception, coach, stock or accounts.
Can I manage more than one club?
Yes. Each club keeps its own team and its own data, and you switch between your clubs from one login.
How do I move from registers or Excel?
During set-up we help you add your members, products, staff, current stock and pending dues, so you start with your club exactly as it is today.
Do my members need to install an app?
No. Your members do not need to install anything. Reminders and messages reach them on WhatsApp, sent by your club.
Is there a free trial?
We start with a free demo, where we show SAARTHI with your club’s daily routine in mind. After the demo, we can set up a trial for your club.
How much does it cost?
Plans depend on the size of your club. See the pricing page, or ask us during your free demo.
Is SAARTHI linked to any nutrition or direct-selling company?
No. SAARTHI is independent software made in India. It works for clubs whatever products they use, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company.
