Who we are

My Global Center (“SAARTHI”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and the SAARTHI software for nutrition and wellness clubs. Registered address: 407, Trident Plaza, Junagadh, Gujarat, India. Email: support@ooolu.com.

What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle the details you share on this website, for example when you ask for a free demo. Data that a club keeps inside the SAARTHI app is covered by our agreement with that club.

What we collect

When you send the inquiry form, we collect what you type:

your name and mobile number, and whether that number is on WhatsApp;
your city and state;
whether you are a club owner, a wellness coach, run several clubs or something else, and roughly how many members or customers you have;
your preferred language, the best time to call you, and any message you write.

We also record a few details about the request itself: the page you sent it from, the website that sent you to us, campaign tags in the link (if any), the language of the page, the date and time, and a one-way coded form of your internet (IP) address that we use only to stop spam.

We do not ask for health information on this website. Please do not include any in your message.

This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics, a visitor-measurement service from Google, to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked (for example “Book a free demo” or “WhatsApp”), and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, your device and browser type, and the pages you view. We do not send your name, mobile number or anything you type in our forms to Google Analytics, and we do not use it to identify you. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and your data may be handled outside India. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s opt-out add-on; the website works the same without them. Your browser may also remember your language choice on your own device.

Why we use it

To contact you about your request by phone call, WhatsApp or SMS, and to arrange and give your demo.
To keep a record of your consent.
To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We do not use your details for any other purpose unless you agree, and we never sell them.

We collect these details only after you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@ooolu.com or sending us a WhatsApp message. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. After that, we stop contacting you and delete your details, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Only with service providers who help us run this website and contact you, such as website hosting, email and messaging services. They act under contract and only for the purposes above. We may also share details with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a customer, we delete your inquiry details 18 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, your details move into your customer record and are kept under your customer agreement.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw your consent; nominate a person to act for you; and raise a grievance with us.

Security

We protect your details with reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it.

Grievance officer

Mr Patel, sales@ooolu.com. We will reply within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
